9:00 – 9:15……Intros and overview (objectives), review of syllabus, MNS program description.
9:15 – 9:45……Presurvey- Kris DeWitt
9:45 -10:00…... Break
10:00 –11:00....Web Resources, Blog, cookbook assignment and group project Cathy Ezrailson
11:15 –12:00....Overview of Biomolecules - Koppang
12:00 – 1:30….Lunch. Break is longer on Monday to find eating places and to register vehicles
01:30 – 4:30….Relationship of food and biomolecule classification - Kuhlman/ Ester lab Koppang (Pardee 103)
